28mm MDF Buildings
On another gaming forum (40k) stumbled upon a thread with a link to here:

Wargame Model Mods

For zombie gaming the only real stuff that is interesting is the WW2 buildings, some of the Scifi can be used and there are some great barricade items, like boarded up windows/shutters.

This has given me some great ideas!

RE: 28mm MDF Buildings
3D terrain is so cool but often a pain to set up/break down & store.
My last (and only) 3D project was several years ago when I did
Terrain for GW's LoTR Skirmish Game.I now have about 30 boxes of
trees, hills, mts, villages, even a ruined city, rivers ,roads.

Basically if it happened in Middle Earth I can set up a board for it,
everything in modular tiles.

Frankly those boxes & the 52 plastic shoe boxes of painted LoTR
figures make me feel guilty that I haven't pulled them out in
about 6 years.

This guy does a great deal of what he calls 2.5 D scenery. I think it will add a great detail to your games while being less annoying than 3D.
