Anyone have a scan of LNoE scenario card back

I can't seem to find one and my scanner isnt working at the moment.
I was hoping to make a printable scenario template (front and back) with crop mark and a bleed layer for borderless printing.

I just uploaded a Hero card template like this and wanted to compliment it with a print ready scenario version.

Here's the Hero version for example:
