RE: Conquest Begins with Invasion...
I kinda think the quality, from what I've seen so far, looks about the same. And I haven't been disappointed by them yet.
I'm eagerly awaiting Jojo. ...and the rest of the game, too. |

supervike Wrote:I see your point...However, I kinda thought that was the 'charm' of the original LNOE..... i dont know theres just something about. some of the monsters in atoe were almost to cheesy and this new stuff crossed the line for me. i was hoping the ring master would look all scary and creepy, he didnt. i was hoping the strongest man actually looked strong and he didnt. theres just so many put downs. when life hands you zombies, rev up your chainsaw. RE: Conquest Begins with Invasion...
I think my problem is that the characters on the box look "fake" - stick on 'taches, beards etc. where as both the LNoE & AToE Heroes were believable looking characters.
For the first time with a FFP product, it actually looks like they raided a costume shop and just gave them to anyone at hand, rather than picking the actors to suit the character. That said I still fancy the game and maybe, the actual in-game artwork may be better. We'll wait and see. |

From Flying Frog's wiki:
Quote:Invasion From Outer Space, The Martian Game (or 'IFOS' for short) features eight playable Carnival Heroes to stand against the invading Martians. |

Personally, I think the game looks and sounds like it's going to be awesome (cheese and corn included ). I say, bring on the Martians!
