Yeah I did the same thing way back when were I added the Jackson Thriller zombie. I also added a Rod Stewart one as well that we aptly named Rot Stewart. I am currently trying to get caught up on my expansion and grave zombie painting and then work on more exteriors for the 3D version of the game. Once they are done. I start work on 3D Invasion boards complete with working rides. :P

all this painting mini stuff made me cave in and drag my paints out.

I did 2 hereos and 2 zeds last night.

i'm rusty so no laughing! also have to wear those big magnifiers to see anything now!

Found it, and they look pretty good, soundguy! Nothing to be ashamed of, and you'll only get better the more you do!

it's been a good dozen to 15 ys since I painted minis.. so far.. I know my eyesight is much worse. have to wear one of theose flip down magnifiers to see!

insomnia lately.. so put in another couple hous last night.

have 7 zeds painted, and 8 hero's

started another 7 zeds this am.. have flesh and some cloting painted.

I usually set out my minis and then go down the line.

paint all exposed flesh.

then chosse a clothing color. paint any clothes down the line getting that color.. then go to the next.

then paint things like weapons.. etc..

then any washes for flesh or metal

at that point hero's are done and get sand ballasted bases.

zeds get a lil extra work to uglify them, then they get a flocked base with a color stripe on the base. ie.. green, red, brown.. etc.

I'm leaving the crystal green zeds unpainted.

lets see... so far green set is painted, brown set is half finished.

still got red set to do, then i got the expansion green and browns to do.. got some glow in the darkk zombies!! i'll eave clear.. but do have some grey zombies!!! I will probably paint along with some zombies!! dogs.

probably have another week plus to finish those.. oh yeah.. got the other 8 hero's too... whew.. feelin tired already..

Well, I"ve been working on my Zombies and here is the first 14. I'm painting the first 8 hero figures now and will post pics of them if anyone is interested.

Sorry it's so dark. I'll try outside next time in the sunlight.
