check this out. I was in michales or jo-ans fabric the other day with the wife ( craft store.. ) they had these lile 1/2" x 1" colored hard foam blocks ( beige tint. you can cut with a razor knife. looks like block work. good to make miniture buildings.. walls..e tc. color is throughout.. not just surface.
