Healing effects under This Could Be...card

This came up today in a game:

The This Could Be Our Last Night On Earth card was played on Becky and Billy. Billy had 1 wound. Could the wound be healed at the end of the Hero Turn by Becky, even though she missed her turn, or by virtue of Billy not moving so his Youth ability could be used?

I think "No" to both, but am I right?

Hi Achtung!

However, Billy cannot. "Youth", from the card, requires giving up your move. You cannot give up something that you don't have. This is the same as not being allowed to both Search and heal via Youth in the same turn.
