28 Days Later and 28 Weeks Later- I really liked how these films were shot. It was gritty and beautiful all at the same time. I think it captured the despair and serenity that follows the Z apocalypse.
Shaun of the Dead- Easily one of my favorites. The combination of comedy and real zombie movies is great. "Got some red on you" Night of the Living Dead- First Zombie Film that I ever saw so I hold a special place for this. Plus I like the difficulty they had surviving against slow moving zombies. If this group had today's zombie variations then they would totally be zed food LOL. Zombieland- The guide to survival is a great addition. I think this is a great film to introduce people to the zombie genre. Dead Snow- Who doesn't love killing some Nazi zombies, though I feel bad for the guy who cut off his arm. That second bite was beyond insult to injury. Resident Evil- Not the best but had some pretty bad ass scenes. |
