Well, I was going to suggest 28 Days Later. 28 Weeks Later was not as good, but I wouldn't go so far as to call it total crap. They tried to make it different enough from the first so that it was interesting, while staying true to the concept/idea. And also, it had Rose Byrne. That up's it a notch in my book. Watchmen02

Well... I went to the local Blockbuster and purchased 28 Days Later and 28 Weeks Later. Used copies. You can't beat $3.99. Watched "Days"... very good. Loved the "happy" ending. You never seem to get those in too many zed flicks.

I'll have to watch "Weeks" later.... bwah ha ha ha... any how... time to paint... or something.

For me personally it all began when I watched Evil Dead 2 (Dead by Dawn) for the first time in my life. I swear to God, things have gone from bad to worse. At the moment I own 18 copies of the Evil Dead trilogy. Asian, US, UK, special editions, Necronomicon editions, you name it... (most of them are copies of the first two, I only got 4 copies of Army of Darkness)

They're not "pure" zombie flicks, but I can recommend Evil Dead 2 to anyone that wants a scare and a laugh.

Uh... 28 Weeks Later smelled of Bailey's gone south.

Army of Darkness is on OnDemand. I might have to watch it this weekend sometime.

Finally found the movie I was looking for on a Google Search... it was from the 70s and titles "Children shouldn't play withe Dead things"... a cult classic.

Hey... Circuit City is running a $3.99 special on a lot of their DVDs. I picked up Dawn of the Dead, National Lampoon's Vacation, The Mask and Unleashed each for $3.99. There has to be at least 40 titles there. Check it out if you get the chance!
