The Bloodwind Spoil treacherous climate was in full display the pervious cold snap had been replaced by a hot searing
Blood Wind but the heat had not deterred the Godsworn Hunt. Regrouped & looking for revenge Theddra Skull-Scyer had
sent her Fighters to track down the Dread Pageant. Jagathra & Shond had spotted Vasilliac the Gifted & his Gor bodyguard
Slakeslash by themselves Anxious to avenge their previous defeat they threw themselves into battle.

Jagathra advances to within range & hurls her Javelin hitting Vasillac with the Harrying Strike (3damage)

Vasillac moves to melee Jagarthra with his Agonizing Spear but Jagathra avoids him (0damage)

Shond makes a Headline Charge to attack Vasillac catch the Dread Leader off guard(8damage)

Slakesash moves to protect his master & with a devastating attack takes Shond out(18damage)

Grundann seeing Shond down makes a Headlong charge on Vasilliac his Ahe blows breaking through the Dread's
defenses & taking him down(11damage)

Hadzu fires on the wounded Jagathra but misses (0damage)

Gnarl moves to pin down Slakeslash

Slakeslash ignores the warhound and attacks Jagathra his Lethal Fury batters the Godsworn (9damage) but
she manages to remain standing.

Gnarl takes a wound from the Bloodwind.

Theddra arrives on the battlefield & seeing her advanced guard in trouble with Shond down & Jagathra
severely wounded but making a last gasp effort by attacking Slakeslash. Her Javilin makes a Harrying
Strike catching the Gor(8damage)

Hadzu seeing Slakeslash outnumbered 3 to one shoots at the wounded Jarathra & missis ,rapidly knocking
the bow & shooting again this time striking home & taking her down (5damage)

Theddra realizing both her advanced scouts are down decides to fight another day & orders her warband
to breakoff.

The Dread plunder the battle field finding a pouch of Swiftwind Dust & Glissete a flask of Enervating Perfume.
The Warband then move to avoid the punishing Blood Wind.

The Dread win again & pick up a 2nd Conversion so in the next battle the Godsworn get a +1 to their
attack Weapons.

This Battle Plan (which are randomly chosen) did not favor the Godsworn as each Warband had to place
2 Frontline Fighters & if both of the warbands were eliminated then the Battle was over.The Godsworn
got Shond ,a good Fighter & Jagathra a weak one while the Dread got their 2 best Fighters (again
randomly chosen.

The Godsworn did find a way to take out the Dread leader with weaker fighters by using their special
rule for adjacent friendly fighters with their attacking fighter & the Harrying Strike Ability plus
some good die rolls. Slakeslash however is just a tank & was easily able to absorb Jagathra attacks
& then Hadzu got a lucky shot to take down Jagathra down & giving the Dread the Victory.If the
Victory requirements were different & allowed the Game to play on the Godsworn might
have had a shot as one of the 2 best Dread Fighters was down.
