LNOE Custom Tile Maker
Can anyone direct me in the way of a program that can make custom map tiles, hero cards and character cards please?
I was thinking of having a map that can make a game board that resembles different areas of the DC and Marvel universes or some that would resemble movie locations like ghostbusters firehouse, outpost 31, crystal lake. Does such a program exist? |

I kinda wish it did, or that I had the time to program one.
I make all my content using GIMP and Inkscape, others here use Photoshop. There was a Hero Creator application that someone made a long time ago, but I think the project got dropped. |
