If Let's Rock is played on Rochelle, would it combine with her intuition making her avoid a wound on a roll of 4+, or would it just replace it?

I don't see why you can't use both abilities if the first happens to fail.

Both go. It's quite possible for a hero to have multiple attempts at preventing a wound.
