I wouldn't use rubber bands. They begin to decay and sometimes they leave what looks like melted rubber band on cards.

Any one here from Long Island NY?

My Storage solutions for AToE
I have left some games alone for too long and damaged cards. Very disheartening when a beloved game is marred so.

My tyrranid attack has suffered such a fate.

I use fishing tackle boxes to hold all of my miniatures. I have six of then holding miniatures and one more holding counters and dice.

Game collecting uses ALOT of space.

Excellent use of the storage boxes - I find the Really Useful range is ideal:

However I can't yet bring myself to ditch the original boxes!

The 0.3 litre boxes are a perfect fit for the FFP cards so you won't need any rubber / elastic bands.

Will rubber bands damage the cards if they're all sleeved?

RE: My Storage solutions for AToE
they tend to leave crimped edges on the sleeves. I would think that would eventually transfer to the cards.
