Lurker at the Threshold
I just received my pre-order of this latest (& possibly
last)AH suppliment.No new GOO's or investigators,
but replacement Gates that add a bit more oomph,
some more Location & Item Cards,Dark Pac Cards that are sorta like corruption(they can help you but there is a price to pay) & relationship cards.

Relationship cards are suppose to define the relationship
between the Investigators & inspite of the rather racy
picture on the Cards back are rather bland,I was hoping
for something like"Hate each others Guts"but alas they
are basically co-oppy stuff(one Investigator a spell his/her
partner can also get one.

I think FFG has drawn from this well about all they can.

I have it however have not had a chance to play it yet. I wondered if maybe they should either stop releasing expansions or slow them down a bit because I can find the game getting a little over crowded and overly complicated for some players. Even players I have introduced to the game.

I'm interested in FFG's miniature line but not a big fan of the limited quantity idea. I think box sets would have been an option as well or at least stagger the singles releases to 5 at a time over the course of a couple months at a time. Ultimately I will end up probably not getting them and wait to see if a box set option comes along later. At this point I don't play the game as much as I would like to warrant minis upgrades especially a 3.99 a pop each.
