OD does retirement
April 30 & I'm done with the State of NJ Judiciary, its been 27 years
(where does time go?) but it's time to go.

I will miss the income ,the pension & SS ain't bad but it's still
a lot less than my salary( so I'll need to think before ordering
new Games ,Sarku's KS is however a planned expense).

I mentioned awhile back that we were planning to do an estate sale
& then sell this old barn of a house. So that will be in the Fall &
then hopefully we can pick up something in a over 55+ Community
with 3 bedrooms (we each need a hobby roomWatchmen02

I've been off all this month burning Vacation time up & doing some
home repairs plus we had some needed renovations done so the
place is rather a mess right now. Once it's back in order I'll need
to establish some type of routine to fill my time .

I never felt my life revolved around work but in a way it did,
it's just weird not going to the office after all those years.

RE: OD does retirement
Congratulations! I still have a good 30+ years before I can retire, sadly.

I already like the sounds of your retirement. It's when you can finally fully enjoy your life again, with few to no obligations!

RE: OD does retirement
Congrats OD!!! My dad retired last year and loves it. Although he does get bored at times and likes to help around my house when he has free time.

I'm moving and it's been one nightmare after the other. I have to be out of my rented place in 5 days. What a pain. I still have to pack my office up. That's going to be something.

Congrats OD!
Although everyone I know that retires, ends up getting a couple of part time jobs within the first year. Don't let work take up too much of your gaming time!

Well, we do have a Wal-Mart Watchmen02 I could greet all the people I've had
to issue Warrants on over the years Insane10

In my younger day I was the Executive Director of an Association for
Retarded Citizens Unit so I may do some volunteer work. Right now
& for the next year my plate will be rather full getting my house ready to
go on the market.

Gaming well Forbidden Knowledge the 1st expansion for EH should
arrive in a couple weeks & I have 2 massive KS (CW & SoB)
coming in the Fall (Thank God there paid for) so I'll need to make
time.

Here is a Link about it
http://www.thezombiegame.com/forums/Thre...-is-Alive+

The 1st KS didn't make it but Sarku is working on a new version,
it was suppose to launch on KS but I think his move has pushed
things back.
