Painted Gargoyle Villain
Greetings to all of you living and dead.
This guy with the stony complexion is a 3D printed model from a company called Rocket Pig Games https://www.etsy.com/uk/search?q=rocket+...s+gargoyle priced at £4.99 ($5.72). Pros and cons of this miniature: Pros Cool pose Quick to paint Great value Cons: Not sure about the scale. Perhaps he should have been a bit bigger. Quite basic in terms of resin quality. (I don't like to detect the tiny ripple lines you get with 3D printing). Moulded base (I like the option to make my own). "What the? Did that gargoyle just move? I must be seeing things in the dark. Jumping at my own shado-... GRAHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!" CRUNCH! - CRACK! - Squelch - dribble - ooze FLAP - flap - flap... Conclusion I can't argue with the value and this guy was a breeze to paint. The base took longer! He will fit in fine with my ever going group of Villains for AToE. This guy does the job he's meant to. I think there's better sculpts out there for more money but I'm happy enough with him. I would rate this miniature 3/5 Thanks for taking a look folks and I'll be back with more stuff soon! Fits the theme perfectly. Dying to get the game out again for some game nights as the summer leaves little time for gaming in my house. Seeing these helps fuel that fire. Thanks
