Principal Gomez with Haunted By The Past?
So earlier tonight my opponent played "Haunted by the Past" on my Sheriff, which means that I am now strange and may not have any townsfolk events played on him and it remains in play.
I later picked up Principal Gomez, who can immediately cancel any Zombie card. However, as we know, Principal Gomez is a Townsfolk Event card... Am I technically playing Principal Gomez on my Sheriff, or am I playing it more on the "Haunted by the Past" card itself? Can I cancel this? Sorry if has been asked before. Thanks for the help. |

I might be wrong, and I'll search around a bit also, but I think principle Gomez is being played on the zombie card not the sheriff. I think it's a good play.
