Rulebooks are ok, but to ask for a non-free, web-only PDF *would* be considered bad form.

While I agree with that point, it is kinda moot considering I didn't even mention asking on BGG.

Ones you can buy from Flying Frog Web store, such as Dead Stock Up and radioactive. They come with one page printed card sheet to accompany the script. sheet provides details about the rules of the scenario and describe some common catch him just like all the scenarios that have come in boxes in the rulebooks.
