Hm, thank you ZombieJ. I missed that other sentence previously. This, however, seriously worries me about the couple Sacrifice cards that cause the players to draw cards as their sacrifice. If they draw a cancel card then... I do guess those noes tend to be weaker (thus having the weaker sacrifice ability).

Since the "sacrifice cost" is stated as an addition to playing the card I have to agree with Zombie67. Cancelling the card does not negate the sacrifice.
