Survival of the Dead
Anybody else seen this film?
It's a small split apart from diary of the dead.It revolves around the guardsman that ripped off the kids in their RV.
It's Romero it's small budget but it is zombie goodness.
No worse than diary in my opinion.

RE: Survival of the Dead
Super Duper late response (especially since I wasn't here), but I just watched it last night on Netflix on the PS3. Oddly, the only Romero film on Netflix, other than ordering the DVD's, the "star" teenage role was the older brother in "Diary of a Wimpy Kid". I blame my boys for knowing that.

Not a horrible movie, certainly better than "Zombies of Mass Destruction".

Another one I've seen recently was a New Zealander movie... about 3 best friends, just bumming from place to place. Pissed me off because at the start of the movie, they wer taking out shambling zombies with the greatest of ease, and by the end of it, the zombies were all speedy, and 5-10 hits to take out one, if they did at all. Not a stamina issue for the lads, but a poorly initiated plot, IMO. At least they should have been overwhelmed. And the ending? WTF, Mate?

Sorry about that. Sometimes you just have to get it off your chest.

RE: Survival of the Dead
Night of the Living Dead
Dawn of the Dead
Day of the Dead
Land of the Dead
Diary of the Dead
Survival of the Dead

There is also a Remake of: (Not by Romero, but authorized)
Night of the Living Dead (1989)
Night of the Living Dead 3D (2006) (Staring Sid Haig)
Dawn of the Dead (2004)
Day of the Dead (2008)

There is also:
Day of the Dead 2: Contagium (Official Sequel but not by Romero)

As well as several Re-designs of Night of the Living Dead (the original Movie Modified) including a colorized version and a 3D version.

All of them are awesome films (Except maybe the remake of Day of the Dead, as it had nothing to do with the original film, and shouldn't have been called a remake but a new original film). The 3D Version of the Night was ok, but the 3D actually sucked.

Another great Romero Film is: The Crazies
Not a zombie film... but similar is style and feel and a perfect addition to any Romero collection. The Remake was pretty good too.

Complete list of Romero Films: (Director)
2009 Survival of the Dead
2007 Diary of the Dead
2005 Land of the Dead
2000 Bruiser
1993 The Dark Half
1990 Two Evil Eyes (segment "The Facts in the Case of Mr. Valdemar" / as George Romero)
1988 Monkey Shines
1985 Day of the Dead
1982 Creepshow
1981 Knightriders
1978 Dawn of the Dead
1977 Martin
1974 O.J. Simpson: Juice on the Loose (TV documentary) (as George Romero)
1974 The Winners (TV series documentary)
– Willie Stargell: If I Didn't Play Baseball (1974)
1973 The Crazies
1972 Hungry Wives
1971 There's Always Vanilla
1968 Night of the Living Dead
