A good measure for the power of a weapon is how cool it looks...

For instance if both zombie players in a given turn may spawn a single zombie.

Both zombies can come from the same spawning pit...

Their zombies count individually to the spread...

Another example, suppose that at the start of the game the Zombie player 1 gets to put 3 Zombies in game and then Zombie player gets to put another 3 zombies in game.
--------------- ZP1 - ZP2
Spawn pit 1 - 1 --- 1
Spawn pit 2 - 1 --- 1
Spawn pit 3 - 1 --- 1
Spawn pit 4 - 0 --- 0

It's not you can totally ignore the rule, but you can creativelly surpass it.

A good measure for the power of a weapon is how cool it looks...
