With special rule 1, I'd suggest you still put out numbers. What if you have all expansions? I have every color zombie they put out... Etc.
Frank's occupation can be written as "photojournalist". |

Indeed, haha, if you should use everything you have, you should have an automatic trip rule, because the zombies would stumble over each other because of their numbers. :P
