saw it this am.. was pleasetly surprised. sure.. there were a few hangups i saw.. .. but overall.. not bad.

I've seen this already. While watching it, I was okay. After the movie, I was "meh". Days after the movie, once I've started talking about how it was so different from the book, recalling the numerous cool things that were in the book that could have been in the movie? I started to hate the movie.

When are we going to start talking about spoilers?

Just back from the movie. Can't comment on the comparison between book and movie as I haven't read the book. Move although a little predictable was rather fun. Didn't mind the feral free running zombies, although still more of a fan of traditional, urrrrrrgh brain shambling Z dudes.
Worth my ticket money.

deffinately when you get down to personal or squad level and are doing hand to hand.. it's people / actors. when you are panned out to see the hordes.. I am sure it is all computer gen....

I saw WWZ last night and liked it. Last Fall, I tried to read the book but couldn't get into the format. I read this story about two writers coming in and saving the last act of the movie. One writer wrote Cabin in the Woods, the other is Lindelof from LOST...
