RE: Thoughts on soB
I bet it gets close to a 800-900K. Podcasters haven't even had time to talk about the game yet. They may do a contest on BGG and get more people to their page. Then, there is the last second buyers. I can see this thing jumping again at the end.

RE: Thoughts on soB
I am super-excited about this one. I initially was in on the Outlaw level, but I've managed to work a bit on my budgeting and bit the bullet on the Mine Cart level finally. It seems like it's half RPG, half board game, which I LOVE (my gaming group really loves to get into character, even on boardgames, so I can see this playing out with a lot of roleplaying elements with my team).

I am super-excited about the mish-mash of Old West + Supernatural otherworlds. Thus far, my favorite FF game (really, my favorite board game period) has been Touch of Evil, but this one is looking like it may supplant it with what I've seen so far. The themes intrigue me, the campaign-ideas they've discussed excite me, and I'm on the edge of my seat to see what other stretch goals or add-ons come into play.

GD I'm another Outlaw EB pledger that upgraded to MC as I just needed
it all. It's 2:30 AM here & I just woke up for a bathroom break ,so of course
I had to check KS to see how close we're getting to the next SG.

Once the Campaign ends we're got a 9-10 months to get through before
the Game is comes out. I hope FFP will do updates so we're not Cold Turkey.

I'm keeping fingers crossed for a final result that breaks $1 million. It's not assured, definitely, but it's within the realm of possibility according to kicktraq. http://www.kicktraq.com/projects/1034852...brimstone/

RE: Thoughts on soB
Today has been weird(I'm taking time off work to get house/yard ready for winter-
so I've been checking KS throughout the day. SoB took a big hit as the $8000 pledger
pulled out but after an unstable period the Pledges are going up again.

THis is going to sound weird,
but one of the things that led me to back this KS is the music CD...

I liked the CDS in the other games ATOE and LNOE so i hope this one has that spaghetti/Cthulhu western vibe to it...

The CD soundtracks seem to get mixed reviews amongst the fans of these games. So far, I own Last Night On Earth and A Touch of Evil. I LOVE both soundtracks. To me, it adds such an awesome feel to the game that they didn't HAVE to include, so it is so cool that they go the extra mile. Plus, I happen to really enjoy the music. So, I approve of the fact that Shadows of Brimstone will have a soundtrack as well, and cannot wait to hear it.

RE: Thoughts on soB
If your at the Outlaw or over & getting 2 Core Game each has a CD.
I had PM Soundgirl if she was doing them but I think she is way to
busy to reply.

She did say on the KS Comments the CD's would be as long
as her hands hold out.

I wasn't too thrilled with the CD's at first as I was playing them
with the Game & often the music didn't match the Game action.

Then I just started playing them before the Game to set
the mood & found that was my sweet spot.
