I really doubt that these Expansions will be out before-Aug-Sept.

The Online discounters now have them up for preorder.

What is the deal with "The Coast".

What will it add?

Why release two expansions simultaneously?

I hope this expansion doesn't focus too much on Heroes.
There is enough Heroes as is.

Given that Timber Peak is a stand-alone expansion (so intended to be playable even without the original base set), it's hard to avoid there being new heroes in there. The box back says there's only three new characters out of the six included heroes (the other three being 'Survivor' versions of some original heroes), but there's also 14 new zombie figures in there, likely in new colors...

....yeah, I could put 42 zombies on the board.

Australia's largest online games supplier (milsims) lists the following for these releases and associated pre-order.

AtoE: The Coast Expansion June/July 2012
AtoE: Hero Pack 2 November 2012
LNoE: Blood in the Forest Expansion June 2013
LNoE: Timber Peak Expansion June/July 2013

Not sure if correct or not... it's just an observation on the site.

I don't suffer from insanity... I love every minute of it...

The set seems to be indicating 6 heroes (3 of which are possibly 'newer' versions of older heroes with maybe slightly new abilities and such).

I'd speculate two of the three Heroes are Drifter and Sheriff due to them being on the box covers. 6 Heroes seems to be an appropriate number, due to the game being a standalone expansion.

2013 for LNoE? That can't be right... Didn't the wikia state 2012? Hopefully they're being extremely conservative on that release date. I doubt they'd release two expansions (though one is standalone) on the same month.
