I wanted to get on... but I didn't have any time. I didn't get to sit down until about 9pm EST... so I'm guessing it was around 3 your time... so I figured it was too late to start. For me... Tues, Weds or Thurs are usually the best gaming nights for me... last Thursday was great fun.

I now have COD4 & should have the Orange Box within the next two days. Maybe we could give COD4 a spin on Thursday night?

Also, I think if people are free we had been thinking of Gears 2 (or anything else) on Friday night this week, as I think Emp is free to play that night.

Is that right Emp?

How about maybe COD4 Thursday night and Gears 2 Friday night...if Emp is still up for playing Friday night and others can make it.

dude...!!! i now it sounds kinda out there but maybe we could all play fusion frenzy 2. its a really fun party game, and i think its like 14 bucks.. just an idea, plus it will let us get away from the shooters....

Sorry, DR, you just can't persuade me about Halo Wars. I like to be right in the action.

As for your idea about getting away from shooters (maybe not yet but at some stage Zombie03

) what other types of game have people got?

What about racers?

What about sports games? I know Emp mentioned NBA at some stage.

I have tried the 3x3 NHL trial game with the big heads and that might be good for a laugh if people fancy it.

But back to shooters DR, do you have The Orange Box? Team Fortress 2 looks a laugh, with all the different character classes.

I have Fusion Frenzy 2...my kids play it.

I also have the latest Madden incarnation, if you fancy real AMERICAN football...(not that nancy british stuff where they just use their feet)

Orange Box and GTA4, COD4....GoW2, or 1....Halo3....l4d...

I'm down for any of those

I will be buying Halo Wars.
