Wouldn't it be cool if there were MORE zombie movies based on zombie games or vice versa. I would play a game called Zombie land or watch a movie called dead space. Would you? Tell me what games would you like to see as movies or vice versa.

Dead Space had two animated movies, I think.

I agree though, i'd love a game based on the original Dawn of the Dead... now if only I could get my hands on the Dawn of the Dead board game...

Evil dead board-game sounds awesome, a bit complicated. Would you have to read from the "book of the dead"?
Wouldn't it be funny if something strange happened like jumanji (the movie) or something?

Tons of them. Mostly they're marketed towards the masses though, which means lots of wow factor packaging/contents with shoddy or over-used mechanics. Which is fine since mostly they were meant for mass market retailers like walmart.

Trivial Pursuit games aside, here's some I remember:

Any number of star-wars games in monopoly or risk format
New X-Wing Starwars game due out soon.
Congo
Jurassic Park(According to BGG there were 5 of those...)
Jumanji
Zathura
Beowulf
Dawn of the Dead

LOST - though a TV series was made into a game... honestly I liked it.

While looking up lost i found some more...
Land of the Lost(based on the 70's series)
Lost in Space
Raiders of the Lost Ark

Those are the only ones I can recall owning/playing/seeing but I know there's tons more out there.
