We use the same rules as gasing up the truck and the tractor can move d6, we shifted it to killing zombies on a roll of 4 or better though

Don't be so sure about that.

I drive my tractor to and from a seperate pasture down the road. depending on the tranny type, some tractors can get up to 24mph. Almost all farm tractors.. even antiques can do 10-12mph which should easilly out distance a 'walking' zombie.

( I restore tractors as a hobby.. plus do a lil farming.. so I got models from 1946 and up.. )

Plus tractors are pretty durable you can run over zombies in your way.
