Well we are slightly derailing the topic, but my "local" (Finnish online store) only offers Growing Hunger. The closest store to offer all the expansions excluding the web-exclusives is in Germany and also requires a hefty 20€+ for shipping. With Euro prices usually being 1-1 with USD prices without taking in account the exchange rate, I am basically back to the same overall price. Sucks to say the least.
