saw this last night. story is nasa finds life in our solar system.. sends a probe.. gets samples.. probe crashes on reentry and breaks up over mexico/us border making an infected zone where these big gigantic treetop size land dwelling octopus things live.. their eggs are like a fungus on the trees..e tc.
story is of a photograper for a newspaper escorting his editors (adult) daughter out of the country (MEXICO) OUT OF THE INFECTED ZONE, DURING AN EVACUATION .. actually well done story. not the cheap 'b' look i was expecting..
