Looking for LNoE partners....
Hi guys! Well things are finally starting to calm down for me, yet I had a bit of a falling out with my regular gaming partners. Any ideas on how I might attract some new friends to this awesome game? I haven't played since like March....
I live in Minneapolis. But due to social awkwardness and body odor, I don't have a lot of friends....

RE: Looking for LNoE partners....
How did you get your first group together? Was it just a group of friends, or did you get a gaming group together somehow?

If you haven't tried it, I would recommend trying to see if any local game shops, comic book shops, hobby shops or anything like that either a) have a game night or b) will allow you to set one up.

If there is one that will allow you to set one up, see if they have a Facebook and/or website and would be willing to pop an advertisement for your game night up there for you. Then, have them do that at least a few weeks before the first game night.

You never know. I tried it just on a whim because I wanted to get to play Last Night On Earth more (you know.... or at all, but the less said about that the better, LOL!). As it turns out, I was able to get something set up at my local comic book shop (a place I already loved to go anyway) and it has been going strong now for a year as of this month. There were a few times there where it seemed to be dying out, then suddenly a new member would show up and it would keep going. So, it may not last forever, but I have had a lot of fun with it, made some great new buddies, and got to play a lot of games.

So, you never know. I would definitely recommend giving it a shot.
