RE: why to buy this game
Well the price can be brought down if you order on line with CSI,MM or some other discounter.
The price is worth it based on what you get Board,Card, figs. & Tokens.

The Game has some smooth Mechanics & of course it plays Solo,Competive.Co-op or Team.
It of course also depends if you like the 1930's pulp action setting with it's Nazis & Mobsters.

If the Theme doesn't do it for you,it might be better to go with AToE,the mechanics are
somewhat similar & it's less expensive (well then there are the Expansions)

'cause its fun. why is any game pricey ? the should be cheaper and call them educational. i do recommend buying from an internet discounter. maybe save up for a couple games or an event. sometimes buying in quanity you get a bigger discount. imho

RE: why to buy this game
played couple of games , competitive mode.
my 2 girl friends, my wife and me.

it took some time to keep the flow, not to check out the rules all the time...

after 2 hours my wife (was bored at the beginning) gathered 15 FP and won the game

2nd round tomorrow ;-)

RE: why to buy this game
The learnig curve is there,it's not great but it does take a lot of checking to make
sure you're getting all the actions.

Competitive mode does bring in more rules, did you use any of the Advanced Elements?
They add a lot to the Game but again add more rules.

I've found the rules not difficult but until you get into the flow you do have to keep checking
to make your doing all the steps.
