Can Lights Out never be played on the manor house? Or does it just depend on the scenario?
And, once Lights Out has been played on a building, can a hero starting their turn within that building move and search like normal?
I could have sworn I had read something on these but I searched through my rule books and ,somehow, could not find it again.
<strike>I don't believe the manor house counts as a named building on the board and cannot be chosen for lights out.</strike> Jason answered in the FAQs that the Manor House may be Lights Outed. I disagree with him [at the very least limit it to one room!], but he's the final official answer.

As for your second question -- it comes up a lot. Carefully read the text on the lights out token. It says exactly what it does right there. (=yes, they can search just fine)

Interesting find there, MG, we've always assumed you couldn't lights out the Manor and have played that way...
