Can a player use first aid kit through walls? Couldn't find the answer in the rules or FAQ... Bandaging through windows? Don't know how many cards affect heroes in adjacent spaces and can have the same dilemma...
If a hero is outside a building than the walls are considered as ubreakable for heroes (not for zombies). So using a first-aid kit (or for example giving weapons from one hero to another isn't allowed when there is a wall between them). As far as I know.

Totally legal. Nothing says you cannot. Plus, if you can swing a fence post through a wall... why not a tiny med pack?
