The target of HP is to kill a Master townfolk here.
Could this Master use a Taken Over building to hide from Heroes?
The heroes should seach for event cancelling this Remain in play effect.

Cards say that you could kill a Zombie. It's a Zombie, but not Zombie Hero?

If Light Out marker on a building, could hero use an arrange weapon to shoot inside there? Yes, he touchs the wall.

Could Hero stays in the Taken Over building? He was there at the moment of placing marker.

Thank you in advance for any reply.
There's no reason you couldn't hide inside a taken over building, the hospital with the morgue is certainly a cheap shot, but we always play like this at my house.

Kill zombie is any zombie no matter how many hit points. Hit zombie is one health box.

You answered your own question about lights out Watchmen02, it's the same technique for taken over (I believe only the morgue makes it impossible to shoot somebody inside)

You can stay in a taken over building if you were in it at the time it was taken over, just remember you can't search and that there's a large probability you're surrounded by zombies and should probably be moving out quickly Watchmen02. Also other heroes can't really come and help you.

Hope that answers everything Watchmen02 Just remember that if your play group finds one rule to be annoying, there's no one saying you can't bend it!

Have fun!
Billed is totally correct. Here's a couple clarifications:

"Kill a zombie" means fill their health with wound markers. Most zombies, that's just one. Zombie heroes, that can be multiple wounds. And those wounds may be prevented as normal in most cases.

Also, Lights Out doesn't affect line of fire for ranged attacks -- just movement.
