This came up last night while playing an awesome game of Plague Carriers. Sorry if it was asked before; I didn't see it in our forums when I searched.

The Heavy Rain card says it slows down all heroes. Does this mean zombie heroes as well? We played yes last night as the heroes needed a bit of a pick-me-up, and it seemed thematically good, but I said I would check here and get a real answer today. How do you guys play it?

Nope. ZH aren't H. I'd say you made the proper "let's keep the game going" ruling on the fly, though.

I agree with MQ here, Zombieheroes do not count as a real Hero when cards are played.
