If a zombie card forces a hero to reroll a check to see if their weapon breaks, can this be used on a weapon card like "Revolver" that breaks on a certain number rolled during it's combat check? Or is it only usable on weapons that have a separate roll for their check? There's a small war brewing in my gaming room over this Watchmen02
No.
A hero rolls to shoot his revolver and on a 1, it doesn't shoot because of it being out of ammo. There is no roll to check if you still can use it afterwards like with the shotgun, baseballbat, crowbar, ...
