Keep posting productively and stick around and you'll get it when you're seen as a member of the community. The best way to go from here is to join some existing threads with feedback or start some new ones with your ideas.

As M says,just share some posts with us .Varients can be posted the LNoE & AToE Boards which you can do without full membership.
AND don't worry about your English,many of us English speakers screw up post,a least you have an excuse.
