One of my early "reader fears" was not seeing The Dark Tower series complete, because, you know, Stephen King was hit by a van and had a addiction problem (not in that order). But he finish it.
Now, I hope both of us (George RR Martin and me) to live enough to finish The Song of Fire and Ice. I will get serious depress if neither of us make it.

This may not have been my favorite book but after having been with out new material for so long it was nice to read new stuff again. Though now I am going to read through the rest of the books again to satisfy my need for more.
