Where should I be posting LNoE Character builds? I feel like maybe I put them in the wrong spot or something because no one seems to have any input at all in the section I've been using.

Generally, custom content goes into the variants sub-board. Rules talk in rules, and everything else (speculation, game reports, and so on) goes into general.
