Posted this in the wrong thread initially so reposting here: does hero loose his items upon getting any wound or only upon getting killed?

I responded in the other, but was also talking about LNoE.

Here is my answer, copy and pasted!

Unless the a card is played that specifically requires the items to be lost, it's only at the death.

So, only upon getting killed.
