Yes, it can be a little overwhelming with everything that is going on. One thing that I have found works well is to assign different responsibilities to the players:
Master of Coin - passes out Fortune and Glory, makes change.
Master of Zeppelin - Moves the Zeppelin and collects the Fortune for it.
Master of Dangers - Flips the Dangers cards as needed.
Master of Artifacts - flips the Artifact and Adventure cards as needed.
Master of Villains - Rolls the dice for Fights

Yes, yes, this is part of the risk. Playing a game the other night, between a Secret Delivery and two successful Zeppelin raids, I ended up with a total of 4 Fortune! 4. Out of 3D6. The dice were not on my side that night.
