I never got a chance to look at that page what was on it? If it was talking about him selling it on there I could see it getting pulled since I don't think there can be any selling that doesn't go through the proper channels and if the thread was heated I could see it getting pulled.

That's exactly what it was.
How much time was put into the painting of them? He's probably getting $2 an hour for his painting time after you factor in the cost of the materials and all.
I wouldn't pay that much for some painted figures, but obviously someone will.
Well since I'm home from work for a couple of weeks (knee operation and 4 week holiday comin' up) I decided to have a go at painting my own.
I used to paint Bloodbowl, Warmachine and Warhammer 40K figs but that was years ago. Wish me luck Zombie17 My heroes are drying from their first basecoat as I type this.

So this guy with his expensive figs can stuff 'em Zombie03

Great to hear you are painting your mini Emp! Hope you post the pics when you get them done. Since you have painted stuff before just wanting to make sure you gave these LNOE minis a proper scrubbing in warm water with some soap otherwise your paint job could peel off right before your eyes. But I am sure you know all about that.

At any rate looking forward to seeing what the results are! And wish you a fast recovery from the knee operation.
Thanks CP.

I started today as I yesterday soaked the figs in vinigar en washed them with dishwashing soap & water Zombie03

All I can say is...man...it's been a while Zombie17
I shall upload some pics later of the "heroes" I started on.
The zombies are drying now from their basecoat.

Sweet! Cannot wait!
I too am eagerly awaiting some photos. Good luck. And good luck with the healing as well.
Thanks.
At the moment the basecoat and some shading of the heroes is done.
I was pleased with the basecoats but I'm not so sure about the shading of the fleshy parts. I think they will need a couple of washes to tone it down a little.
As some of you might know this is one hard thing to do.
I uploaded a couple of pics in the "gaming items" map. They are nearly finished, some minor touch up's here and there.
Right now I'm thinking of giving them an even more "we've been trough hell and back" look. Adding blood and stuff like that.
What do you guys think?
