Do all the criteria have to apply before you can play this card i.e. must the Hero already be in a square with a zombie?

Or do you play and apply whenever a Hero is in the same square as a zombie(s)?
the only condition that must be met for overconfidence is that it must be played at the start of the zombie turn. You are allowed to play it on a hero that isnt in the same square as a zombie.

Thanks all!
I love playing overconfidence on Johnny. It totally nullifies his one ability.
Card Text:
Play this card at the start of a Zombie Turn on any Hero.
While the Hero is in a space with a Zombie, they may not ...

Start of a Zombie Turn is well defined. Any Hero is too. The above replies are correct. I think it is probably easier to think of the "While" as a "Whenever" instead. This is common enough usage in English.

From the Flying Frog LNOE Wiki: Overconfidence:
Q. It is stated on the ‘Overconfidence’ card that while the Hero is in a space with a Zombie, he may not be moved away. This should mean that I can cast it on any Hero even if he is currently not on a space with Zombie. Right?
A. That is correct.
