That's a pretty creative ad campaign! There is always a little element of risk when you have a live actor and an audience not in on the joke, though. All you need is one dude off his meds to see the zombie, freak out, and stab him in the eye.
Just saw The Secret World of Arietti this afternoon. Sadly, this trailer was not performed.
Alas in my area the actor would have been mugged before he made it past the 1st row.

AMC have some fantastic marketing for Walking Dead. I wish this truck had come through here!
