Interesting. So instead of having a base skin color then letting the wash seep into the recessed areas you are starting with the darker colors underneath and covering the non-recessed areas with lighter colors! I kind of like that.

I have never tried it that way to be honest. I try to stick to what I know and try things out when I feel the need for it. I keep this one handy for when things get out of hand
