Kind of a mix between the Video game DEAD SPACE and a zombie game. I'm really looking foward to this, as it's designed and overseen by industry giant Mike McVey.

It's funded via Kickstarter, and if you are familiar with the concept, watching the growth and all the 'stretch goals' has been a blast.

Only 11 days left before the end of the fund drive.

Since the initial goal was met, you are basically 'pre-ordering' the game, but with all the 'freebies' added in, it's a helluva great deal.

SV Happy belated Birthday wishes! The Game looks interesting & pushes all my right
buttons (well aside from Kickstarter-which for reasons I can't really explain I don't like).

Right now Gears of War Boardgame scratches the same itch for me but I'm such a Game
Slut I may come around.

OD
Game slut huh?

Well, I'm following in your footsteps....

I've also got Gears of War, but thing is I'm a fanatical miniature collector, so I'm finding that I'm buying the games, mainly for the minis!!

I've not even played a single game of GOW yet! (although I keep meaning to)
I guess that makes me a game prude.
Cmon, uncross those gamer legs!! LOL.
Ooooh...Just watched the videos. This looks nice!!
When does it actually come out?

I have no previous contact with Kickstarter, so can I assume the 11 days is before they even go into full production?

I am about 40 minutes from Sheffield. I wonder if they would let me pop over for a chat?

Estimated delivery of the game is November.

At this point (since the 'goals' of kickstarter have been met) the game is basically a 'pre-order' at this point.

But, if you were planning on getting into it, pledging the 80 or 100 dollars (given all the 'freebies' they've added) is a helluva good deal.

The 11 days left are just until the end of the pledging.
The kickstarter ended at an amazing 950,000 dollars. It is now the highest grossing board game ever funded on Kickstarter.

The amount of freebies that the $100 pledges gets is just absolutely stupid.

Amazing! At this point, the actual game play is completely secondary to the cache of goodies I'm due to get.

Roll on November!
I ignored this one 'cause the sculpts didn't appeal to me... I'm not much of a scifi guy.
I backed it for the $100 pledge. I can't wait until it comes out. The back-story that he came up with is so amazing I just had to join in.

That said, I think most of my KS backing are coming out this winter so who cares in my mother-in-law keeps giving me sweaters, I'm getting games!
