Heroes: w/ shotgun "Boom Shaka Laka Shaka Laka"
w/ rifle "This is my rifle, this is my gun. This is for fighting, this is for fun" (Stewie Griffin)
w/ handheld weapon "Wocka Wocka"

Zombies: w/ shamble "Bleeeeehhhhh" (like a boomer from LFD)
Scenario: Plague Carriers - Sheriff Anderson had just taken out the final plague carrier on the final turn of the game with chainsaw.

Sheriff: "Yippee ky yay mother******"

As the zombie player, found it a humourous as it was my partner who generally is very well spoken. After the game we pulled out the Die Hard DVD.
For example we were playing "Zombie apocalypse" and the Zed player only had 3 spawning pits left Father Joseph camped next to one. He had extra wounds, holy blessing, and a meat clever with faith. He killed 6 Zeds in one turn. I imagined him shouting, "I'VE GOT BALLS OF STEEL!"
"Play dead! Good boy." :3
How about something really old fashioned like:

"Dagnabbit!!!!"

LOL! I've actually been trying to bring that word back. That and "consarnit." Not going too well so far.
We also have everyone say their character catchphrase. Amanda's usually gets some good laughs.
