Hi I had a question about these two and maybe more Survival Tactics.
Book of Family History
The Hero may roll an extra Fight Dice against Zombies.
May prevent a Wound to a Hero in the same or adjacent space (including themselves). After each Wound prevented, roll a D6. Breaks on the roll of 1, 2, or 3 (discard).
Audio Cassette
The Hero may use this Item at any time to cancel any Zombie card. After each use, roll a D6. On a roll of 1 or 2, this Item Breaks (discard). On the roll of 5 or 6, the Hero takes a Wound
From Last Night on Earth Rulebook
Q1. - Can a Ranged Weapon be fired by more than one Hero in a single turn? (Example – Billy has a Meat Cleaver, and a Revolver which he fires at a Zombie. Then Sally moves into Billy’s space and hands him a weapon. Billy already has two weapons so he has to drop one or give it to another Hero in his space. He hands the Revolver to Sally. Now that Sally has finished moving, she may fire a Ranged Weapon. Can Sally fire the Revolver at a Zombie?)
A1. - No. A Weapon card may never be used by more than one Hero in the same turn (Ranged Weapons or Hand Weapons).
My Question is, How many times can these items be used per turn ?
It would seem the Heroes can use these items, constantly and continiously.
Example
Start of a Hero Turn. Billy and Sally are in the same space. Billy fight 3 zombies, Becky uses the cassette to cancel, Undead Hate the Living, and loses each fight. Sally uses the book of Family History. Sally leaves that space and joins Becky. Sally enters the space and gives Becky the book. Sally fights 2 zombies. Becky uses the cassatte to cancel Uurrghhh and uses the book to prevent her wounds. Becky leave the space and.......
Is there not a limit to one use per turn ? I understand you can use a hand weapon on each seperate fight. If the hand weapon is passed to another hero, they may not use it, that same turn.
These items seem a little overpowered, by an unlimited use factor. yes i understand they have "breaks" on them, but Jenny dont care. or even worse, if these items became blessed items, if you didnt have duct tape.
