I ask this because I was playing against the Horseman today...do ALL Elder deaths count as Horseman kills? For instance, if we get the Traitor's Blood card, does that Town Elder death count for the Horseman (who would then gain two more wounds?)

The Collect Souls Special Ability of the SH-states for every "Elder THE HORSEMAN KILLS."
So a card like Tratiors Blood doesn't count,the Elder is not killed by the
Horseman.Collect Souls only is effective if the SH directly Kills the Elder.
