There are a few Hero cards which now use markers, like Ammo, Bandages, Gasoline, and Dynamite. When these item cards are drawn, you get to put two markers on them, and each marker (plus the card) counts as one use, making these cards more valuable than before.

My question is when these cards come in play can they be used by all heroes like a stockpile? or does it only apply to the hero who has the item so they would have 3 ammo markers for only there use? I think the bandages card allow you to heal a character in same or adjacent space. Does this apply that you can "hand off" a ammo marker to a hero near you?

In the exchange items phase can you pass just 1 marker over to another hero for ammo or do they get the card and all markers still on it?
